Managing your water service contract and services you need most has never been so simple Our Online Portal streamlines all water services management, while supporting sustainability through the elimination of paper. The online portal also offers access to digital invoices, providing fast and secure access to your water bill with the same legal validity as a traditional paper invoice.

Under the DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICES HERE, section, you can access your bills in digital format. To do this, you must first register as a user by completing the following steps:

  • Click ‘Register’ and fill in the following fields:
    • Email address registered under your Acosol account.
    • DNI/NIE/CIF
    • Water Contract Number (Zone / Code)
  • You will receive an email containing a link to set your password.

Procedures

Under the MANAGE YOUR PROCEDURES HERE, section, you can access an extensive catalogue of administrative procedures available with this supplying utility..

Users with a valid electronic certificate issued by the FNMT can submit requests electronically. ACOSOL will process the transaction directly, without the need for additional identity verification.

If a digital certificate is unavailable, you have the option to download the required form and email it to acosol@acosol.es, ACOSOL will then begin processing your service request.. Once the procedure is completed, a confirmation notice and the relevant information will be sent to your designated email address.
