Everyone has the right to access public information held by ACOSOL, S.A.—regardless of its format or medium and whether it was produced or acquired in the exercise of the company’s functions—that is not covered by active disclosure requirements, in accordance with the terms set forth in Law 19/2013 of December 9 on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, and Law 1/2014 of June 24 on Public Transparency in Andalusia.
Information requests can be made in person at the ACOSOL, S.A. Registry using the form provided for this purpose, or by sending an email to acosol@acosol.es,provided that said email allows for verification of the requester’s identity, the information requested, and a contact address—preferably an electronic one—to which the response may be sent.
The general deadline for responding to requests for information is one month from their receipt. This period may be extended by an additional month when the volume or complexity of the information so requires, subject to prior notification to the requester.
